Like the standard TSS Meridian, based around a dynamically tuned gyroscope, the Meridian Surveyor guarantees accuracy and gives exceptionally stable heading. Specialised engineering ensures that the gyro will follow a turn rate of up to 200 degrees per second. This system also provides a wide range of digital and analogue outputs meeting the requirements of modern hydrographic survey vessels. When used in conjunction with our TSS DMS2i-05 motion sensor, full motion and heading data can be provided to our multibeam echosounders.
